Village Centre Facilities
Balderton Village Centre is the perfect venue for weddings, christenings, birthday celebrations, business events and much more. With flexible hall space, ample parking and a range of table and seating options, the Centre can accommodate everything from small gatherings to large-scale events.

Hall Sizes
The Village Centre can be hired as separate halls or as one combined venue:
- Small Hall: 12m × 7m
- includes the bar. Please note the bar is only available when the whole hall is hired
- Large Hall: 12m × 13m
- Whole Hall: 12m × 20m
Tables and Chairs
The following furniture is available for hirers to use:
- 190 chairs
- approximately 100 chairs are left out and available for use during your booking. If you require additional chairs, please let us know when making your booking
- 15 small round tables
- diameter: 5ft
- seating capacity: 6 to 8 people
- available to use during your booking.
- 14 rectangular tables
- size: 6ft × 2.6ft
- seating capacity: 4 to 6 people
- available to use during your booking.
- 18 large round tables
- diameter: 6ft
- seating capacity: 8 to 10 people
- available for larger events when the bar is hired and must be requested at the time of booking.
Tables and chairs can be mixed and matched to suit the layout and requirements of your event.
Bouncy Castles
Bouncy castles are permitted inside the Village Centre, subject to the appropriate insurance and safety requirements. Please note that bouncy castles are not permitted outdoors, as the external double doors open directly onto a public playing field.
Parking
Free parking in the public car park for approximately 65 vehicles
