Bowls Hampshire follows the Bowls England Regulation 9 (R9) guidelines with regard to Disciplinary issues and have appointed Lance Thomas from Lee-on-the-Solent BC as our County Disciplinary Officer

R9 applies a proportionate approach to addressing misconduct:

Informal process for minor misconduct

Mediation for moderate misconduct or repeated minor issues

Formal hearing for serious misconduct or failed mediation
