EBCA Coaching Roadshows 2026

The Essex Bowls Coaches Association (EBCA) has been organising summer roadshows for over 5 years. To date we have conducted sessions in over 50 different clubs with an average of about 20 bowlers attending each session.

Our coaching team, which is made up of experienced level 2 and 3 coaches from both Coach Bowls and EBCS, deliver fun coaching sessions for all levels of bowler. The most common sessions are as follows however we can provide sessions to a club’s requirements.

·        Back to Basics: Recommended for new or inexperienced bowlers or for anyone having problems. This session looks at improving  Delivery, Line, Length and includes so fun with purposeful practices.

·        Experienced: Recommended for those if us who are happy with our bowling but want to learn more about playing the game. Includes Bowls Ballistics, Talking Heads, Game Play, and Purposeful Practices.

·        Individual Bowling Analysis using Video.  This session is for developing and experienced bowlers who are having bowling problems. Using video, the team will analyse your bowling and identify fault remedies. This session is conducted by Level 3 Coaches.

Sessions are full day 10am to 4pm with a short lunch break. Minimum number is 12.  Cost is £15 per person.
