Fletching Parish Council Meeting (remote) - Monday 2nd November 7pm

Fletching Parish Council will be holding their next meeting on Monday 2nd November 2020 at 7pm. This will be a remote meeting.

There will be a public session for the first 10 minutes of the meeting when questions can be asked of the council or representations made, regarding items on the agenda. At the Chairman's discretion, members of the public may speak at other points during the meeting if they have knowledge or information that will aid the discussion. In accordance with the Standing Orders of the council, members of the public may not speak for more than 2 minutes and a question may not require a response at the meeting or start a debate on the question.

In order to aid the effective working of remote meetings, any questions from the public should be emailed to the Clerk no later than Thursday 29th October.
