Please see the attached letter from Wealden District Council regarding the Rose and Crown. The Pub was successfully nominated as an Asset of Community Value in 2017. The letter advises of the time line for a Community Interest Group, which should be fully incorporated, to request engagement of the full moratorium to enable a bid to be compiled.
