Parish Council Meetings

Council Meetings 2026-2027

Listed below are the meeting dates approved by the Council for the 2026/2027 year. All meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month, where possible and unless otherwise stated. Meetings will take place at Grewelthorpe Village Hall.

  • All meetings start at 7.30pm unless otherwise advised
  • A public participation session lasting 15 minutes will take place at each meeting
  • Ordinary Meetings will be held every other month. Extra meetings will be arranged where necessary.
  • The Annual Village Meeting will start at 7.00pm

There will be six meetings per year, unless additional extraordinary meetings are required. These will be publicised on the Parish Council website and local noticeboards.

  • Wednesday 6th May 2026  - Ordinary Meeting & the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council. Grewelthorpe Village Hall.
  • Wednesday 15th July 2026 - Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council at Grewelthorpe Village Hall.
  • Wednesday 9th September 2026 - Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council at Grewelthorpe Village Hall.
  • Wednesday 11th November 2026 - Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council at Grewelthorpe Village Hall.
  • Wednesday 13th January 2027 - Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council at Grewelthorpe Village Hall.
  • Wednesday 11th March 2027 - The Annual Grewelthorpe Village Meeting & OrdinaryMeeting of the Parish Council at Grewelthorpe Village Hall.
