Tonight’s Parish Council meeting (19 July 2021) has been cancelled as several required members are self-isolating after being ‘pinged’ at the weekend by NHS Test and Trace. We are continuing to adhere to all Government protocols to ensure we keep all attendees safe.

The decisions from tonight’s meeting will be taken using delegated decisions between the Chair and Parish Clerk, unless there are objections from Councillors.

The Planning Committee will operate as a Working Group tonight. This means that members of the public can still attend and comment on items on the agenda. The Committee will make recommendations tonight having considered all the issues and contributions and these will then be confirmed by the Chair and Parish Clerk outside of the meeting. This meeting is due to start at 6.30pm, at Roy Underwood Pavilion.

If there are immediate matters which cannot be determined by delegated decisions, an urgent Council meeting will be called in August.
