There has been Fly Tipping again in the parish, this time in Lower Hartlip Road.

The driver was caught on camera and will be tracked down by the authorities.

Note: It is the responsibility of the property owners to ensure their waste is being removed by a licenced waste carrier and that they are disposing of responsibly. If you recognise the debris get in touch with the authorities as it will assist with prosecutions.

Hartlip Parish Council is having to pay significant amount of parish funds to have the waste at the entrance to the Parkland removed, this will impact upon the precept and funds available for general improvements and maintenance within the Parish.

The hardcore on the highway has been reported and Swale will be removing. HPC are hoping the debris at the Parkland will be gone by the weekend. We ask the residents and road users exersise caution in the meanwhile.
