Closing Day was held on Saturday 23rd September with a round robin tournament between 6 teams of club members. This produced a close finish between the team skipped by Gary Baines and the team skipped by Derek Parsons who both finished with a score of +7. Derek Parsons' team, including Shirley Parker, Pauline Herbert and Scott Foot, prevailed by virtue of a higher shot score.

After the game, the club competitions trophies were presented to the winners by club Life Member, Jean Williams.

Thoughts will now turn to work on the green to prepare it for the 2024 season - which is only 7 months away!
