The Hornsea Bowling Club was formed in 1911 and is an outdoor flat green bowls club situated on the northern outskirts of Hornsea just off the Atwick Road. It is located behind the Indoor Bowls Club building and there is adequate car parking at both clubs.

It is a members' club but guests are welcome to join us at any time. There is a roll up every Friday afternoon at 1pm [weather permitting!] for members, guests and prospective new members. If you have never tried bowls, please do come along and give it a go. You might be pleasantly surprised, and we are always happy to welcome new members. We can lend you a set of bowls and so all you need to bring are some flat soled shoes, and we can do the rest. You are assured of a very warm welcome.

The Club has its own small clubhouse where we have meetings and social events throughout the year. For those not interested in bowling, we have social members as well, who enjoy meeting friends and helping out at the Club as required. Those who are on holiday in the area are also most welcome to come along for the Friday roll-up sessions.
