Competition Entry Form
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ENTRIES FOR COMPETITIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE 17th MAY 2024.
FINALS are played on Saturday 7th September and Sunday 8th September
A description of each competition can be found on the competitions tab in the main menu.
In team matches only the Skip needs to enter and must provide the names of the other members of the team. If you don't have a team but want to be considered to make up a team then please note this in the "Additional Information" section of the form.
For the "Drawn Competitions" (Drawn Pairs, Triples & Adrian Carter) all entrants must submit their own entry.
Each competition entry is £1 per player per competition entered.
Money will be collected once all entries are received and the draw for each competition is complete so please wait to be told when to pay.
