Roy's rink has advanced to the semifinals for the National Over 55 Fours. They will play at Devizes on Sunday 30th July where they meet Steve Heseltine (Chippenham Town).

On Monday 10th July, Paul was given a lesson in bowls when he lost his National Singles game to Garry Humphries (Chippenham Town). Tim won against Jim Ennis (Chippenham Town), however he lost the next game away against Jeremy Haselton (Chippenham Town) on Friday 14th July.

In the County Unbadged Singles, at home, Paul lost to Ryan Sawyer (Rodbourne Cheney) on Friday 15th July. After a torrential downpour in the afternoon, the Malmesbury green played very well.

Roy's triple won agaisstt Pewesy Vale and are in the quarter-finals of the County Over 60s Triple. They will play Stewart Allison's triple at Chippenham Park before Sunday 13th August.

In the County Champion of Champions, Paul beat Russell Evans (Corsham) and will meet Andy Moore (Spencer Melksham) on Monday 24th July in the next round.

Paul won his National Two Wood Singles game on Saturday 15th July against Jim Ennis (Chippenham) and advances to the last 16 finals in Devizes on Sunday 23rd July. The draw for the last 16 has not been made yet.The last 16, quarter-finals, semifinals and final are played on the same day.

Last but not least, Malmesbury will meet Purton in the Tourist Trophy on Sunday 23rd July, one four plays at home and the other four travels and plays away
