It was raining so a vote was taken whether to play the quarter-final matches or not. After a bit of prevarication, the majority voted to play the matches.

Alan set off at a remarkable pace and won his match against Brad. Well done Alan

This was followed by Malc winning his game against Andy. Andy put up a brave performance but it wasn't to be.

Rob Liddington played well and won against Neil.

The epic performance of the evening was Roy against Roger. After Roger had a great start, Roy played himself back into the match and won on the 27th end. Well done Roy and commiserations to Roger.

The draw for the semifinals is:

  • Roy v Rob L
  • Alan v Malc

Thank you to the markers and to Graham for opening up and running the bar.
