Cllr Andrews
Originally from North London and living in Essex from 1981, my husband Steve and I moved to Minster in 2017 when we retired. We brought our dog and our bees with us
My career has been working within the Housing sector managing Retirement Housing and Independent living for a Local Authority and Housing Associations. I also Managed a Control Centre for Community Alarms within those roles.
I have a qualification in Health and Social Care
My key Interests are line dancing, walking, gardening and cooking. I have just given up Bee Keeping after 12 years. I belong to a singing group called Singing For Joy and belong to Monkton WI.
I am interested in the protection of the environment and particularly the use of sustainable alternatives to pesticides which harms our insects particularly the bees.
I volunteered to become a Parish Councillor to be able to support and assist residents and help Minster retain its village vibe.
