Welcome to North Crawley Parish Council

North Crawley is a small village of approximately 800 people, located two and a half miles from Newport Pagnell to the west and about two miles from Cranfield to the east.

The triangle of rural land in which the village is situated lies between the major urban areas of Northampton, Bedford, and Milton Keynes. There are two major ‘A’ roads (A421 & A422) that lie to the South and North of the village, which take traffic to the M1 and therefore bypass the village.

The village has a mixture of old buildings, mainly found close to the High Street, and more modern houses, which were built in the late 1970’s around a green space known as Kilpin Green.

Buildings in the village include a Church of England church, a primary school, a small village shop, a village hall, a much larger hall known as ‘The Institute’, and two pubs. There is also a recreational field which supports a children’s playground, cricket, and bowls clubs.
