Nixies Walk - Unauthorised tree planting

It has come to the attention of the Parish Council that a horse chestnut tree has been planted on Nixies Walk without prior agreement.

A wooden post, which was inadvertently left in place following maintenance work, has been used to support the tree.

The Parish Council asks that the person who planted the tree removes it by Friday 17th July. The wooden post is scheduled to be removed on that date, and if the tree remains in place it will also be removed.

The Parish Council is responsible for maintaining this area and asks that residents contact the Council before carrying out any planting or other works on Parish Council land. This helps ensure that any changes are appropriate and can be managed safely.
