Reminder from the Secretary
There are times during the week when the clubroom has been booked by outside groups.
These are MONDAY MORNING. 1015 - 1245
MONDAY AFTERNOON. 1315 - 1445
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON 1345 - 1715
FRIDAY MORNING. 1015 - 1145
They have paid for exclusive use of the clubroom and therefore should not have members wandering in and out through the main door (whether open or not)
Groups have been requested to put both changing room doors "on the hook" which gives access to everything necessary to bowl.
The only exceptions to this are obviously in an emergency or to communicate with the group leader if they have forgotten to open the changing room doors.
Be careful not to allow the men's changing room door to close as it cannot be opened from the outside without a key - it's safer to hook it wide open.
If it is essential to read a notice on the main notice board members (male and female) should enter and leave via the GENTS changing room. Groups have been warned that this may happen on occasions and are happy with this.
