Register of Members' Interests

All borough, parish and town councillors are required to complete a Register of Members' Interest form. The forms must be submitted to the Borough Council's Monitoring Officer within 28 days of the date of election or co-option.

In addition, they have to abide by the LGA Code of Conduct and declare their financial interests in the parish. Councillors must also declare a personal or pecuniary interest in any matter under discussion at a parish council meeting.
