May News

The Short Mat competitions, which ran over the winter months, concluded with a Presentation Evening on Saturday 6th April and marked an end to the closed season.  Results of the competitions are shown below.

Unfortunately, due to the excessive wet weather the Opening Drive, planned for Saturday 13th April, had to be cancelled; very disappointing but necessary.  We all now await the use of the green to begin the outdoor season as we have an abundance of fixtures planned for league, friendly and club competitions.

We are delighted that we have three newly qualified coaches, giving us a total of four.  This means we will be running comprehensive coaching sessions on Monday evening for "beginners" and others.

The projects under consideration for this year are installing solar panels and building additional changing space / sun lounge on the patio.
