Regular User Bookings

PLEASE NOTE:

It has come to our attention that there have been problems with submitting the booking form when using an iPad or iPhone and the Safari browser.  We have been advised that it works best with these devices if you use ‘Google Chrome’ as the browser. After submitting the form, you should receive a copy of your booking.  If you have not heard back from us in 2 days, please could you email bookings@evingtonhall.org.uk to let us know.  Many Thanks.

Before completing this Booking Form, please download and read ALL of the Evington Hall Policies and Procedures listed below.  These can be found under the Hall Policies Tab HERE.  By signing the form, the Trustee Hirer or the nominated representative undertakes the responsibilities outlined in these Terms and Conditions of Hire.

The Trustees assume that all Hirers will adhere to these policies for the safety of their attendees.

Booking form for Regular Users

Full name of the Trustee Hirer or the nominated representative who is accountable for all elements of the booking on behalf of the regular user group:

The hirer or the nominated representative must be present at all times during the booked event. The hirer or the nominated representative will be the designated Fire Officer for the duration of the hire period. The hirer or the nominated representative will be liable for the payment which must be made in full on receipt of the invoice.

Please Note: The Hall is licensed for the consumption of alcohol providing the alcohol is supplied free of charge or is brought to an event by those attending.

Please Note: The Hall is NOT LICENSED for the sale of alcohol. If you wish to sell alcohol at your event you MUST APPLY for a TEMPORARY EVENT NOTICE from Folkestone and Hythe District Council at least 10 days before the start of your event.
