The First Kiss

A Kiss Is A Kiss

I have space in my soul that says a kiss is a kiss
A sentimental moment
Our love is born as a son montuno there is none other
It's a flower
Sweet winter love
That I have a kiss ready between the spring entrance
At Bear Mountain, I remember a beautiful time
Like a big kiss of a beautiful rose
Rafia as yesterday and today
And I have a good little remembrance
And now I come into life
A kiss, my love
Because this is an old story

My First Kiss

My first kiss wasn’t with a boyfriend as such
But I still loved him very much
He was a handsome boy with big green eyes
Our love for each other we couldn’t disguise
I think with him it was love at first sight
There was something about him that just felt right
Although our relationship wasn’t based on tradition
His love for me wasn’t based on any condition

He had a coat of thick grey fur
And a deep resonating purr
I remember our first kiss
This may sound strange but it was sheer bliss
You gently rubbed your nose against my nose and cheeks
Your own special way your own technique
Your way of showing me your love
Sent down for me from up above
You used to nuzzle me when I was upset
You showed me love and helped me forget

Sometimes I sit and I wonder why
A love so wonderful and true had to die
For a love so real and pure
Has come to an end at heavens door
I have faith you will wait for me at rainbow bridge
Young and pain free with such courage
Until then I will keep you with me in my heart
Together forever never to part
I still remember our first kiss
It is something I will always miss

Thinking

The joy of my life began when I was born
The test of my life began with hardship
When I sat writing
The birds were chirping
My soul let the kiss of life sway amongst the trees
Faith is the kiss of life
I was born a child
I cried, I laughed
I smiled.
Where is my goal?
It just smiles

Kiss

Did I kiss Miss Chris,
Or did I miss this kiss?
My memory fades like shades of night,
Was I right about this fancy flight?
I might have been some place in between,
I may never have met sweet Miss Christine.
It may just seem that way today
                           or so they say.

I think I kissed her hand, her arm, her lovely lips,
But memory slips this way and that;
Fat chance for me to catch that moment now
                                                          and how?
But distant memory is a funny thing.
Ah yes it was on the cricket green.
I went to choir first to have a sing.
On the score board bench she sat,
                          Oh what a lovely scene.
We had a chat on this and that.

She said she had to go home soon,
I asked if I could kiss her first.
She said I may and asked me where?
I said upon her lips and under the moon.
She called me silly and meant WHERE to meet?
My lips were dry like a desert thirst.
She ran home and left me quite in despair.
I yelled, "Let's meet upon this very seat."

First Kiss

I remember a first kiss
was from a cat.
Her nose was soft and wet.
Long whiskers
were sticking out
on both sides
of my face.
I didn't return
her kiss,
because my siblings
would laugh at me:
Yuck!
She kisses the cat!
The cat was purring.

The First Time (Espinela)

Four booted feet kick autumn leaves
Two hands tucked into each other
Sun breaks through unbroken cover
Alighting lovers, thick as thieves.

Around her waist, his arm he weaves
His kiss as hot as summer fire
Her passion eager and entire
He pulled her to the cushioned floor
His body craving so much more
As one they loved and crossed the wire.

My First Kiss

My first kiss
Must have been my Mum
may have been Dad but
he wasn't really the kissing kind
so Mum I reckon
her lips beckoned
close as we were.

First kiss may have been the breast
this would explain a
lot of my male mammal mindset which
I'm not at all apologetic for

I mean; you have me suckling away
every day
every 10 waking minutes or so
for two years or four
what did you think would happen?

That first kiss
may have been a cousin
Sheila or Carol
corralled together on holidays then
my sister came along
when I was three
could it have been her that
first kissed me?

Then Infants school
i'm five or six
Young Avril it was I believe who
I examined like a small gynaecologist
her pants around her ankles
I gaze into the abyss
but was there a kiss?

I don't recall
it seemed more of a science project
I should have worn
a lab coat and
held a magnifying glass

Interest in girls from six to ten
was 'latent' I think following the Freudian model
but i did ogle
under the partition
between the male & female
changing rooms
golden triangles & more ballons

A remembered kiss is
though sadly lacking

My first date was African Mary
the girls called hairy
I never did find out why
now here there was a kiss
but little else, I'm sorry to say and our
relationship moved to friendship
a decade or so later
she was my daughters dance teacher

My first passionate kiss
was with Sue from my class
skipping school
breaking every rule
her Dad gave me a job in painting
he would have broke my neck
if he had come home
instead of glossing doors and
polyurethane floors to
catch us in the middle of
those first real kisses.

Sealed With Love

My son in law came to the door
With the baby in his arms
A little boy without a name
But "Junior" upon his hat
We went into my daughter's room
At Lewisham Maternity
Exhausted, but so full of awe
At what had happened on that day.
I held the child he looked at me
And so I gave him what would be
My first kiss which was sealed with love
And formed a bond eternally.

The First Kiss x 3

Part 1

Splatterd in make up
Dressed in leather
tongue like a snake
with a black leather
studded crotch.

There message was
Keep it simple stupid.
I was fuelled on
pills and booze
my adrenalin was pumped

They were as noisy
as hell. Glam metal
Rock. Forever more

Part 2

It was a holiday camp
resting on a cliff edge.
In the early 1970s.

She was tartan bags
and a very long Scarf
Badges. Woody, Eric
Les and the rest.

I think it was Hayling Island. When it happened.
Two snails stuck together, Mouth like a suction pad.
or like a vacuum cleaner.

It might have been the young Lady.
We were both lying prone on the floor.

I think I was 14 when. I needed to gasp some air.
Alcohol was very spare ( lots of it) not like now.

A holiday camp where entertainment is all the rave,
and the kids misbehave. My first kiss.
I barely remember it.

Part 3

A kiss to let the light in
A kiss to let the smiling begin
A kiss to waken the young
A kiss to celebrate the dawn
A kiss to lift hearts and minds
A kiss on the alter in matrimony
A kiss for the starting of life
A kiss to say goodbye
A kiss to the world of achievement and goals
A kiss with a cup of tea
a kiss to a sea breeze
A kiss to change thoughts , feelings or ideas
A kiss to everyone that needs love and care.

First Kisses

The first took my hand and kissed
all the way up my arm, shoulder and
neck to my cheek. I knew
then that we were together.
Some things are clearer when you are four.

Another was tentative, cautious,
afraid that inexperience would eclipse
desire. I loved him and the small
lip brushes that evolved into
passionate hours in the front seat
of the car. Never the back.
It wasn’t that kind of relationship.

A particularly good looking, although
not overly bright classmate
surprised me in the student union
doorway. It could have been very
pleasant, but for the feeling that his
tongue believed my mouth a tumble
drier. There were no further fumbles.

The best kisser was the faithless
one. Maybe it was all the practise but
he had lips so soft that I felt
my whole being melt into him where
I was gently caressed, unhurriedly
and with extreme sensuality.

My brief encounter with the married
man resulted in a single, gentle, tender
yet brief, hello and goodbye kiss.
I was left giddy, guilty, relieved,
excited and appalled that it happened at all.

The next first kiss will be special,
I’m hoping it’ll be my last.

First Kiss

I forget, but then isn’t a kiss
about forgetting, for a moment
that you are: the puckered lips
speechless, the mind outside
yourself and strangely focussed
on someone else lips, skin, smell
and that body you’ve never known.

Roses And You

They remind me of our first meeting
I waited for an hour in the rain.
The rose petals and I were wet,
You’d missed the 6 o’clock train.
You said they were so beautiful.
The droplets like diamond stars.
We sat together drying ourselves,
In front of the fire in that old bar.
Love at first sight; I’d never believed it
But that day it was a dream come true.
Yet 40 years later here I am again.
I’ve brought roses to remember you.

First Kiss

Kissing the birth of dawn
Sun rising like the eternal flame
Summoning greatness as spirits complying
Energizing nature's force
Encapsulating tranquility
Shining through hearts that glow
Likened to blossoms in spring
Fragrances echo enchantment
Recapturing that first kiss
With the birth of dawn.

The First Kiss

The first kiss
The taste of love
I close my eyes and remember
The trembling touch of all there is
The kiss

When dreams and longing become one
And the scent of autumn leaves melt into spring
When night and day fill with stardust
And the song of wild peace is sung

There are still rainbows in our eyes
And the deep eternity of soul
And after all these many years
The first kiss is still trembling on our lips
Returning to endless love
And so it is
The kiss

A Sleepless Night

The first kisses came across from her
In silence hugged and kissed
Out of breath stars and lights lit
The moon shone through the night
No names known soul awake in echo
Hand in hand walked her home
See you latter's was said at the gate
In the disco next week will you be coming
Good night latter's
A sleepless night
A stiring thunder storm lightning bolt

From His Story Explorations.

Sure enough, it was Cedric! Quite impressively dressed in the black of his hair colour—cords, suede shoes, velvet jacket and fine polo. In spite of blushes on both sides, recognition did not falter.

“Well, well. Worlds are ridiculously small. How come you’re here?”
Cedric fumbled a few moments for words . . . at length to come out with the routine truth… “I left a book here a few days ago. I just came to collect it. But fancy us both knowing Marcus!”

“We follow life’s currents, its winds and waves…come on, sit down.”

* * * *

How ideal! Everything laid on! It would havereally spoiled things if either of them had overstepped their customary manners and tried toarrange a meeting, as the telephone advisers always said, in a neutral public place.
Janice put on an album of Beethoven String Quartets and kept the volume low, but with quite a lot of bass. The music blended, unobtrusively, with their sensations. Its sombre explorations penetrated their minds, their hearts, their groins, punctured their inhibitions, free their breath. Ripples registered on both sides. Their dark outfits made a spectral blend, poised to melt into each other. The non-verbal was sustained, as they mentally undressed—first each other, then themselves, down to their bathing suits, at the water’s edge, ready for the plunge.

* * * *

“Well,” she giggled, “first leading question, what do you do? You give the impression of having quite an exciting occupation.”

“I’m a journalist, articles about fashion and health products. And how about you?”

“The dreaded legal profession, highly stimulating at times, but it does stress me.”

“You’re not alone; one does need things to counteract the stresses.”
She gave him a sustained gaze. “Hmm, hope I’m not being intrusive. I’ve been keeping an eye on you in the swimming pool for some time. You’re looking really good now—got into swimming well…must admit I was a bit worried about you before. You seemed a bit head-heavy, imbalanced. But now you’ve accepted your body, toned it up and relaxed the tensions. It’s the best exercise, you know involving all of you.”

“I guess I’ve conquered some fears. I’m so glad to do it properly…” he grew a bit shy and hesitant. “It started… when you bumped into me and gave me those tips on how to improve that really clinched things for me, and…”

“Don’t be shy,” Janice patted his knee to assuage his hesitation.

“I had seen you before! At that party here . . . you did that beautiful dance; your skirt billowed.”

“And?”

“Then to see you in your bathing costume.”

“And when you did, you took the plunge, bless you.”

“I just had to come in the water with you. And then, when I saw you at the art class, I was just dying to pose for you. I was secretly longing for the model not to turn up so that I would have my chance.”
Janice unbuttoned Cedric’s jacket, felt his shoulders and his chest. “You’ve got your body in trim and you can really carry yourself in trunks. Clothes look good on you, but your height of fashion is around your loins.”

* * * *

The jacket dropped to the floor. Elation welled up in them both. Chemistry and magnetism made their chain-reaction. Slowly edging their heads towards one another, lips meeting eyebrows, eyelids, cheeks, chins, each other. Two deep-drawn breaths were held for an ecstatic clinch with tongues. Her hand rose to his crown, massaged him through that full, drawn-out embrace.
His left hand unbuttoned her jacket, feeling her shoulder pressing from waist to hip. Breeze-like, his right raised her skirt, to rest on her thigh as high as was aesthetic at that moment. Her centre took the signal, hips pressing forward. The two of them had dived and surfaced in love’s stream. What a catch for her—this controllable gentleness combined with fathoms of passion—and for him, this beauty of experience that he could now match. Aquiver, they drew back.
“You’re so lovely,” he panted, “I want to see you undressed.”

First Kiss

Too Far
Back to recall.
Lipstick? Tongues? No, yes.
Perfume, aftershave, no, not yet.
Still, sweet.

First Kiss

All the boys chased Evelyn, she could run real fast.
When Kiss chase started, I mostly came last.
Until I noticed Caroline
she stood and watched sort of sad
So I caught her on the hop
and she seemed sort of, kind of, glad
This chase, at least, not gone to waste
We held on tight and feigned distaste
said we didn't like each other
and No, we really shouldn't tell her mother
but that's ok
as it's the way
that friendships start -
That taste, it can be quite tart
but we follow the art
Which says 'I like being next to you'
Can only say that of a few
We rub shoulders very gently
turn and face, sort of reverently
and lean in for that fateful kiss
Something one should never miss
The silken lips taste salty-sweat
the closeness means we just let
the softness mould each others cheeks
glides skin on skin, can hold for weeks
- -
But just a moment and it's gone
- - - - the sound – 'Hey look at them two!
- - - - lots and lots of 'Ooo! Ooo! Ooo!'
NO! –  – we din't do nuttin rong.
