We intend holding an Extraordinary General Meeting in the clubhouse on Monday 13th February at 7pm. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on an increase in club subscriptions. An agenda will be made available in due course. This message serves as three weeks notice required in our constitution.

Please note that while only Full Members are entitled to vote, Indoor only and Social members are welcome to attend should they wish?

After the formal meeting has closed our Functions coordinator, Janet M, would like to address the membership about Social Events next winter. The Social Team would like to find out what members will be willing to support?
It's looking fairly certain that we will cancel the Valentine Disco.

There is free parking in the Leisure Centre car park which is immediately adjacent to the Bowling Club. Wheelchair access is via the ramp at the corner of the green where Corams Lane joins Springfield Road.
