How about a bit of gentle exercise in the fresh air? Then why not come along to Westbrook Bowls Club overlooking the Thames Estuary on Sunday 28th April and try your hand at lawn bowls. We have bowls and bowling shoes that you can borrow to try out this popular sport. There will be club members on hand to help you. In addition to the health benefits of the sport it is also good fun so come along and give it a go.

We will be holding two sessions on Sunday 28th April between 1000 and 1200 or from 1400 and 1600. No need to book, just turn up, you won't be disappointed!
