DMMO Application at Pinford Lane

An application to modify the definitive map and statement of rights of way by adding a bridleway along the route known as Pinford Lane has been made to Dorset Council. This is a joint application from Yeohead & Castleton with Sherborne Town Council and Milborne Port Parish Council.

The application has been added to the Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) Register and will be dealt with in due course.

To find more details about the application click here: DMMO Register. Use the T reference T786 for the case.

Anyone who remembers walking or riding along any part of the lane in the past can support the application by submitting a user evidence statement to Dorset Council. A digital form is available here: User Evidence Statement. There are also printed copies of this user statement in the reception area at The Manor House if you would like one.
