The Aberystwyth Bibliographical Group is affiliated to the Fellowship of American Bibliophilic Societies. The current issue of their journal contains our secretary's report on our activities, news from other member societies and some interesting articles. I regret to have to inform members of the death of Denis Grogan, former member of staff of the College of Librarianship Wales, on 5th October, two days before his 94th birthday.  Denis was Chairman of the Bibliographical Group from 1974-1978, and gave us a lecture on "The Pencil of Nature": Early Photographically-Illustrated Books in 2009.
