Basingstoke Women

This team is led by Linda Sturt. There is a single league, with a format of two rinks of three-wood triples, which sees each team playing each other, either at home or away. The 2026 season is the second in the 'paired' 2025/26 seasons which sees the reverse fixture take place. Games are played on a Tuesday evening with a start time of 6.15 (6.00 in May)

Andover concluded the 2025 season in fourth place, with 26 points from four wins out of the eight games played, just three points behind Kingsclere in third. The league in 2026 started on Tuesday 26 May with a mid-season break of one week on 30 June. The last league fixture is 28 July and any postponed games will need to be completed by 11 August.

With the season now complete, our team finished an extremely creditable second in the league with the same number of points as Oakley, and with one more win, but Oakley had a far superior shot difference in their favour. Congratulations therefore to Oakley who are the 2026 champions.
