150/40 Chairmans Welcome and Apologies for absence
151/40 Register of Interests Declaration - Cllr S Lander and Cllr G Sykes - Allotments and Chairman PC Whittaker and Cllr G Sykes Drury Lane repair.
152/40 Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings on July 14th as a correct record and the monument minutes dated the 8th August 2025 by chairman P C Whittaker.
153/40 UDC And ECC report Cllr Susan Barker wanted to know about the ditch Cllr J Cattini advised the ditches are now clear of water, clerk to send email to Susan Barker regarding a tree that needs work doing on it. Councils of Essex may go into groups of 3 or 5. Speed Limit at Leaden Roding School Scheme 30 MPH.

Cricket club - Wooden Fence Repaired, cleared the back of the slide of bushes getting the electrics checked also repairing the seats round the edge of the cricket field and painting swing fram.
Defribillater upate - Order a new pad runs out in November.

Wickstead report the ditch at the back of the recreation ground is an overflow for the sewage from the property been risk assessed as advised by wickstead. risk assestment agency all ok unless there are any changes and gets a lot of water in it. sent them photos from the wickstead report, And what they suggested is in the middle of the pipe.
Water leak near the village hall - Affinity water have been out.
Allotment fees for 2025 have been advised other areas are charging £35 - £50 councillors have agreed to put up the premium to £20 a year for all plots. And for the pipe to be turned off so it does not freeze over winter each time it is used.
At the moment we have 3 vaccant plots.
And a space for a new Councillor.
Repair to Drury Lane road from the entrance to the sign for the entrance to the recreation ground. we have 4 quotes 2 of them are from Harrington Brothers one for £4320 with vat and the other for £9480 the other quotes were more expensive. they have been doing this work for several years.
Residents, Fluppets, Cricket club and Parish Council and Yoga to pay there share of the repair to the road.
1 Windmill cottage was bought up at the meeting in a bad state of repair advised would look into it,
Trees on the village green need work doing on them was advised as near electric cables contact Uk Power Power Network .
The Electric test for the pavillion needs paper work and date of the last works done.

UTT/25/2089/ful update on 28th August 2025 was put on hold. Cllr G Sykes is also dealing with planning.

160/40 Recreation Ground - Grant for swings and slide with MAG Stanstead still going though they have all the paper work they requested. weekely checks are now being carried out as we have been advised to do so by the wickstead report and any other issues found in the area are reported.
