Planning applications are viewed by the Parish Council for comment before being assessed by Uttlesford District Council's Planning Department.

Applications are generally discussed during the Parish Council Meetings held every two months.  Where application deadlines fall ahead of the next meeting date, applications will be emailed to Councillors directly for review and comment.  All Parish Council application comments are uploaded to the Uttlesford District Council Planning Portal for their consideration.

If you are an applicant with concerns regarding your planning application, please contact the Parish Clerk immediately if you would like to address the Parish Council with your concerns.

If you would like to comment on an application yourself, you can do so via the Uttlesford Planning Portal.

The Clerk holds copies of current and recent applications and these are available to view by arrangement.

Please note that the timescale for comment is very short.
