2026 Minutes

Unapproved minutes are posted on the website within one month of the meeting. Minutes are signed at the next meeting. Approved minutes will only replace unapproved minutes where there have been amendments.

The Information Commissioner recommends that records of decisions i.e. minutes are retained on the website for the current financial year and the three previous financial years.

For the safety and preservation of these important historic documents, minutes not held by the Parish Clerk are on permanent loan to the Essex Record Office.
