GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) The Bowling Club needs to store personal information in order to keep members informed of bowling club matters for Birstall Bowling Club, and for Bowls Leicestershire. A full list of names and addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses are kept on a database, with up to date copies being held on computer by the Secretary, Treasurer and Social Secretary for the purpose of contact as indicated above. Birstall Bowling Club also have an Annual Fixture Card which publishes the names and telephone numbers of its members and is distributed to other members within the club and to other Bowling Club’s Fixture Secretaries when required. To keep the above information and to allow us to use it for purposes mentioned above, we need to seek your permission in order to do so.
