Casual bowling will recommence mid-April 2024 

Perhaps you have never bowled before but just want to 'have a go'; maybe you used to play many moons ago and would like to see if you still have the flair; or maybe you're just passing through with a set of bowls in the boot and would like some gentle outdoor exercise whilst in the area. Whatever the reason, the club welcomes casual bowlers of any ability, subject of course to green availability, weather and time.

If you have never played before and would like to book a FREE 'taster' session please use the online contact form to request access on a Friday or Sunday morning, 10-12 noon when someone will be happy to show you the ropes.

If you have played before and simply want to use our facilities, you are welcome to attend on Friday and Sunday mornings 10-12noon. Please just make yourselves known to a club member before signing in (for insurance purposes). Fees are £3.00 per person, per session. PLEASE NOTE ONLY FLAT SHOES MAY BE WORN ON THE GREENS.

Bowls and shoes can be loaned without additional charge so don't worry if you don't have your own equipment.

Enjoy a couple of FREE sessions to begin with then Pay Per Play thereafter. We won't force you to join the Club but hope that you will enjoy it so much that you decide to become a Full Member playing informally with other like-minded people at the Riverside rinks.
