Parish Council

Full meetings of the Parish Council are now held every other month (commencing May 2022) on the 3rd Tuesday. Members of the public and media are welcome to attend to observe the conduct. Agendas will be published not less than three clear working days before the meeting.

Recordings of the meetings is permitted and is often used as an aide for the clerk or minute recorder. You are requested to say at the start of a meeting if you intend recording the event.

Within the meeting there is usually a 'Public Questions' section limited to 15 minutes in total, where concerns or questions can raised. No immediate decisions will be made.

It is sometimes appropriate for sensitive or confidential matters to be considered by the council in camera in which case members of the press and public will be excluded and the minutes will not be generally available.
