Redlake Valley CBS

The Redlake Valley Community Benefit Society (RVCBS) was established in 2011 and now has over 60 shareholders. Although its rules permit a wide range of activities, the main focus since then has been to manage an area of oak woodland in Chapel Lawn with a view to encouraging greater biodiversity and, in doing so, provide opportunities for the community to work together. We organise regular work parties and are pleased when new volunteers join us, with no obligation to become shareholders although they are very welcome to do so.
