Clun WI

Our WI has around 30 members who have fun and enjoy each other’s company.

Monthly meetings are held at High-town Community Hall, usually on the first Monday of the month at 7.30pm.  We invite speakers on a wide-range of subjects:- hobbies and pastimes; health and wellbeing; environmental/social issues;  working women; and much more to get us thinking and chatting over the Fair-Trade cuppa that follows. We sometimes entertain ourselves with craft evenings, games nights and parties, plus light-hearted competitions.

We organise optional activities:- meals and days out; a singing group; walking (3-5 miles); dancing (low impact); sewing (making sanitary kits with Days For Girls).
