GST Staff profiles

Pat is a passionate gardener and has been gardening since the age of seven. In between gardening she attended university, had three children and worked in the agriculture industry, as a residential social worker and in a day care centre. She has volunteered in schools over many years and has  created orchards, wild gardens, dipping ponds and run after school gardening clubs in the schools her children and grandchildren have attended. She has worked for GST for ten years now and is as enthusiastic and dedicated as ever.

Cilla's qualifications cover a wide range: Forest Schools leader, Early Years, Outdoor Learning and Adult Education Teaching Assistant. She has a passion for growing all things weird and wonderful on organic and no-dig principles, is a Master Composter. and her love and enthusiasm for gardening is an inspiration to everyone at GST.  She is a great believer in the holistic and therapeutic benefits of gardening and lifelong learning for all.

Holly is a mother of three and famous Crochet Queen.  Prior to GST she was a Pre School manager and worked with children for ten years including the West Norfolk Learning Catalyst developing learning opportunities for adults. She has a BTec in Photography.  Holly has renovated her own house and is multi DIY skilled. Her enthusiasm for all things arts and crafts has inspired our service users to try all sorts of new activities. She is currently studying for a teaching qualification.

Lisa has worked for over 30 years in finance and administration, working in a wide range of industries. She has a  very professional & organised approach to admin and looks after all of our requirements, along with helping us raise funding for our activities. Lisa also loves gardening and arts and crafts, so really enjoys seeing all the activities that take place and the lovely things we make.She is also very popular with all our service users because of her sunny personality and friendly, helpful attitude.
