Finance

Guiting Power Parish Council is committed to openness and accountability in all its financial and governance activities. In accordance with the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities, the council publishes its annual accounts, budget and precept decisions, all items of expenditure above £100, and documents relating to the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR). These are available to download on the website.

Any documents not available on this website can be requested from the Clerk. The council will respond to Freedom of Information requests and Subject Access Requests in accordance with its statutory obligations. Please direct all such requests in writing to the Clerk at clerk@guitingpower-pc.gov.uk.
