The Society held its 2026 Summer Show on Sunday 6 September at the Jubilee Hall.  After a blazing hot summer and water shortages, conditions for all gardeners have been difficult and entries were slightly down on previous years.  However, judges commented most positively on the high standard of entries presented.   In all, the number of entries was 177 including 5 children's entries, from 19 adult exhibitors and 2 children. The Best in Show Award went to Barbara Mead and the Children's prize was awarded to Sophie Glanfield.  Well done to all exhibitors and winners.
