Halling Historical Society will supporting the church wardens at Halling's ancient church of St. John the Baptist on Saturday September 12th 2026 as they host a Heritage Open Day.

These events are part of a national programme running from September 11th-20th, aimed at increasing community awareness of their culture, history and architecture (more about the aims of the scheme here).

The event also coincides with the Kent Churches "Stride and Ride" event - details here - which St. John's is also supporting.
