1911 Census
The 1911 census of England and Wales was taken on 2nd April.
There are two enumeration districts for Halling:
Enumeration District 6
All houses on the east side of the main road including Whorne’s Place (part of), North Halling, Formby Terrace, Marsh Lodge, Kent Road (East side), Essex Road (Both sides), Station Place, Bridge Place, Manor Terrace, Manor Yard, Halling Institute, Ferry Road, Halling Lime & Cement Works, Hilton Terrace, Railway Place and Lee’s Works.
Enumeration District 7
All houses on the west of the main road to the parish boundary, including Whorne’s Place (part of), Tinnoth House, Kent Road (west side), Vicarage Road (both sides), The Limes, Poynder Terrace, Portland Row, Warren House, Upper Halling Court, Chalk Quarry Cottages, Stoney Field House, Flint House, all houses Pilgrims Road, Upper Halling (both sides), Black Boy, Clements Farm, Chapel Houses, Barn Meadow, Monarch Hill, Reservoir Cottages, Old Pit Cottages and Whittings Farm.
