County Match v Dorset

In a match where we were grateful to players who stepped in to complete our team at the last moment, Hampshire got into an early lead but this was cut back to just 5 shots after about 13 ends

Congratulations to our Executive rink of Wayne Stewart, Nigel Bechelet, Bill Jackson and John Gunson were far too strong for their opposition and ran out winners by 34 shots to 3 against setting up our overall victory.

We have a team for our next match at Chawton Park against London Scottish but will be looking for

support for our re-arranged Patrons game at Atherley on Saturday 3January and on Sunday 4 January against Berkshire at West Berks
