Dear Hartlip Village Residents,

We understand the concerns that have arisen recently regarding refuse collections in our community. While Hartlip Parish Council is not responsible for refuse collections, we recognise the importance of this service to our residents.
We have been in communication with the Swale Borough Council https://swale.gov.uk/bins-littering-and-the-environment/bins/report-a-missed-bin who has authority over the matter and service providers to address the issues urge them to ensure that collections are carried out efficiently and effectively. We are committed to working closely with them to resolve any ongoing problems and improve the overall service.
In the meantime, we encourage residents to report any missed collections or other issues directly to Swale Borough Council, the authority responsible for refuse collections. Your feedback to them would be invaluable in helping to identify and address these issues promptly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as Swale work with the contractor to resolve this matter. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor the situation closely and advocate on behalf of our community to ensure that our residents receive the reliable and high-quality service they deserve.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Hartlip Parish Council
