We’re installing new equipment at Prees Road, Calverhall – update

Further to our letter dated 26 October, we are continuing our work to replace an old septic tank, and would like to give you an update on the progress of the project.

What have we been working on so far?

• Decommissioned the old septic tank and installed a new new innovative system.
• Installed a temporary access track and working area in the field.
• Removed a section of fence between the village car park and field.

What will our next phase of work involve?

We have started to remove the stone used to create the temporary track and working area – we are aiming to have that finished by the end of this week. The temporary site welfare units will also be removed from site over the next week. The fence between the village car park and the field will be reinstated. You may notice an increase in vehicles on the site. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Next year, when ground conditions are suitable, the reinstatement of the field will be completed.
