From the M5 follow signs to Torquay/Paignton onto  South Devon Express Way/A380

At the end of the Express Way turn right at traffic lights and continue to follow A380 towards Paignton/ Brixham.

DO NOT follow signs for Torquay.

Continue up the hill and straight over 1st roundabout.

At the 2nd roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Preston Down Rd

Follow signs for Paignton seafront and harbour.

Continue onto Upper Headland Park Rd

Continue onto Headland Park Rd

Continue across traffic lights onto Seaway Rd/A3022

In Seaway Rd get into left hand lane and follow signs for seafront and harbour.

After Kwik Fit go under railway bridge and bear right onto Marine Dr/B3201

Continue to follow B3201 0.8 mi 3 mins

Shortly after Paignton Pier and opposite the Cinema turn right onto Torbay Rd/B3201

100 yards later turn left onto Queen's Rd
