Captain’s Information

The following are Notes for your Club and the Captain of the Side Entered to follow:

1. Each Match consists of all Four Rinks playing a Maximum of 18Ends.
   1. Should Scores be Level at the end of the Match, the Rink Number identified before the Start of the Match will play the Extra End(s) to achieve the Final Result.
2. Up to the Semi-Finals, the Home Club pays the Green Fees
3. Captains MUST ensure they are Aware of the Dress Code Regulations and specific Rowland Cup Regulations (Rule 15).
   1. These are in the P&D Competition Rules Section of the P&D Manual
   2. The Competition Rules can also be Downloaded from the P&D Website.
4. All Rounds are shown so your Club can plan its Season.
   1. Updates will be sent out after each Round has been completed and the Draw for the Next Round has been made.
5. If Both Clubs who Share their Green are Drawn at Home, then:
   1. The First out of the Hat will Play Their Game on the Play On Date for that Round;
   2. The Other Game Should be played on the Reserve Date for that Round
   3. This is as per Competition Rule 15.3.3
6. The Winner of Each Game MUST:
   1. Ensure I receive the Match Result after the Match has been Completed or, at the Latest, by 10am the Day After Game was played.
      1. This can be by:

   2. Ensure I receive the Signed Score Cards within 4 days of the game being played.

• Match 141 will be in the Morning.
  • Both Sides MUST be at Host Club shortly after 9:30am for the Rink Draws to be Made
  • Trial Ends will begin at 9:50am
• Match 142 will be in the Afternoon.
  • Both Sides MUST be at Host Club shortly after 1:30pm for the Rink Draws to be Made
  • Trial Ends will begin at 1:50pm
