Visits 2019

In October 2019 we visited Chenies Tudor Manor House after an excellent value lunch at the Bedford Arms Hotel nearby.

September 2019 saw a group of us visit Glorious Goodwood.

In July 2019 on the hottest day of the year so far, 48 of us went by coach to the National Trust property Knole House near Sevenoaks. In addition to the 16 showrooms - newly open since a major £20m conservation project - we were able to see Lord Sackville's private garden, and the Gatehouse. And we had a short tour of the grounds to hear some of the 400 year history of Knole.

In May 2019 we went by coach to Syon House where we had a guided tour of the house and enjoyed a walk in the garden in the sunshine.
