Visits 2023

In September 2023 we visited Penshurst Place and in August 2023 we visited Sandhurst,

In June 2023 we visited the 500 year old National Trust Property The Vyne near Basingstoke. In June 2023 we visited the 500 year old National Trust Property The Vyne near Basingstoke.

In May 2023 around 40 people took a coach to the beautiful city of Oxford, After lunch at the Ashmolean Museum we were given a guided tour around the University city by an entertaining Blue Badge Guide. The highlight was a more detailed visit to New College Oxford the fourth oldest of the 26 Colleges in the City. Followed by a leisurely boat trip along the Isis river to St Mary church at Iffley

March 2023 we had a tour of Christ's Hospital School. We had a lovely afternoon tea and enjoyed meeting students at the school and hearing about their school and future plans.

In February 2023 we visited the Amex Stadium the home of Brighton and Hove Albion football club. We were not allowed to walk on the turf but we were able to see all other parts of the stadium including the museum that was displaying the minutes of the committee from 1904 among other things.
