Please note that the Executive Committee has called an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 7.00pm on the 29th October 2018 at the Clubhouse.

The purpose of the EGM is;

"To discuss potential alterations to the main building and also to confirm that Members wish the Executive Committee to investigate the matter further"

Attached for your information is a proposal which has been put forward by Richard Manning in respect of a possible extension to the building, which will be discussed at the meeting.

Members may ask questions, suggest changes or make criticisms of the plan before a vote is taken".

Please also note that whilst all members have been notified, only Full Members may vote at the meeting.
