Minutes from the last 12 months of Parish Council meetings can be found below. Minutes are listed in order of recency, and are approved by Council unless otherwise stated.

Note on accessibility

Some documents, e.g. reports from third party organisations, non-Council meeting minutes, and pre-2020 documents may not be fully accessible, and are outside the Parish Council's scope of control. 

Annual Parish Meetings

Next Annual Parish Meeting: Thurs 23rd April 2026, 7.30pm, Clive Village Hall

These meetings are sometimes known as the Annual community meeting, or Annual meeting of the electors, and they are not the same as Annual Council meetings.

Annual Parish Meeting Minutes

Approved and draft minutes from past Annual Parish Meetings can be found below (NB. No annual parish meeting was held in 2020 as legislation did not permit these to be held remotely at the time). 

Minutes from the most recent Annual Parish Meeting are always approved at the following Annual Parish Meeting (i.e. a year later), so these remain in draft format until that time.
