Training
Clive Parish Council is committed to ensuring its members and staff are well-trained in order to offer the best possible service to the community, and to achieve the objectives set out in the Council's Action Plan. The Council Clerk is CiLCA qualified (Certificate in Local Council Administration) and regularly attends training sessions and webinars, and keeps up to date with changes in legislation and best practice via membership of the National Association of Local Councils and the Society of Local Council Clerks.
