Parish Council Meetings
Clive Parish Council usually meets on the third Thursday of the month (apart from Summer and Christmas holidays) in the main room of Clive Village Hall. Each meeting starts with Open Forum at 7.30pm during which members of the public are welcome to participate. You may also stay and observe the Clive Parish Council meeting if you wish.
Annual Parish Meeting
This open meeting for all Clive residents will be held in May.
Although it is called and chaired by the Parish Council chairman, it is not a parish council meeting.
All parish residents may attend the meeting, and vote on any proposal. Also anyone can request that an item be put on the agenda - please contact the Clerk.
Local Council Award Scheme - Foundation Level
On the 16 December 2016 Clive Parish Council was successful in obtaining the Local Council Award Scheme Foundation that demonstrates that the council meets the requirements for operating lawfully and according to standard practice. At the Parish Council meeting on the 19 January 2017, Jack Wilson from the Accreditation Panel presenting the certificate to Chairman, Peter Slark.
